Philosophy
My philosophy concerning the recruiting profession is a personal one. I feel that to do my job to the best of my abilities I must treat each and every one of my clients and candidates with the respect and care that I would want for myself. I look forward to each new opportunity with the knowledge that I am helping real people with real needs. I enjoy being able to be a part of finding just the right person for the position my client is looking to fill. It is rewarding finding opportunities for people to grow and prosper in their chosen field.
Experience
I began my recruiting career in 2002, and have been very successful fostering many client-candidate matches. Prior to my career change I owned my own business for ten years during which time I was involved in the service industry. I also spent 12 years working in engineering, land surveying and as a cartographer where I developed skills and knowledge of design and detailed drawing specializing in government mapping. My professional experience has helped me approach my recruiting tasks with a degree of understanding of what is involved in running and maintaining a successful business and just how important and rewarding it is to finding that one “right-fit” candidate for my various clients.
I have expertise in all aspects of manufacturing such as Corporate and Plant Level Management, engineering, materials and logistics, environmental health and safety, human resources, supervision, design engineering, maintenance, quality control, accounting and finance, lean manufacturing, purchasing and materials.
